Red Hot Chile Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Spicy, yet sweet. With the temperature dropping, and the chaotic holiday shopping season just beginning, we're content to stay home and eat this mouth-watering fudge. Learn how to make it with only four ingredients. 

Ingredients: 

  • 14 oz can condensed milk
  • 10 oz chocolate chunks 
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions: 

STEP 1

Pour your bag of chocolate chunks into a large, microwave-safe bowl. 

STEP 2

Add your can of condensed milk to the bowl. Microwave for one to two minutes. 

STEP 3

Stir the condensed milk and melted chocolate together with a wooden spoon until smooth. 

STEP 4

Mix in 1 tsp of cayenne pepper and 1 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon. 

STEP 5

Line a square tray with wax paper. Slowly begin to pour the mixture, smoothing it over as you go.

STEP 6

Leave the fudge the fridge for an hour or two.  Then remove it from the wax paper and cut it into squares. Enjoy!
