Paloma Cocktail Recipe
It's almost winter, but the cold can't keep us away from these delicious Paloma cocktails. They pack a tangy punch with grapefruit soda, lime juice and tequila in every sip.
- 3/4 cup grapefruit-flavored soda
- 2 limes
- 3 tbsp tequila
- sea salt
- chile and lime seasoning
- ice cubes
Fill the bottom of your glass with ice cubes.
Pour in a shot of tequila (around 3 tbsp). We used Jose Cuervo tequila.
Juice one of your limes and add it to the mixture.
Pour a 3/4 cup of grapefruit-flavored soda onto the tequila, ice and lime juice. If you want your Paloma to have a more traditional look, choose a pink colored soda instead.
Combine a 1/2 tsp of salt and a 1/2 tsp of chile and lime seasoning. After it is thoroughly mixed, sprinkle a little into the drink. Gently pinch the rest onto the rim.
Cut a wedge off your second lime and secure it onto the side of your glass.
